“Be still and know that I am God”
In a world that is, for many people, filled with uncertainty, stress, turmoil and despair, it is possible to have an inner peace and contentment. This is a message that so many people need to hear and God wants us to share the truth with them. We have an amazing and awesome God who cares about us and every little thing in our lives.

The Message Bible says, “You are blessed when you’re content with just who you are.” And the sad thing is that too many people don’t know this contentment. But we have the answer for them.

It goes on to say “You’re blessed when you get your inside world (your mind and your heart) put right. Then you will see God on the outside world.”

Things may not always go the way we want in life, but we can choose the attitude we have in whatever circumstances we find ourselves in. When trials surround our lives, we can have a peace inside and really know what it means to “be still and know that He is God.”

When we are convinced that God is in control of our lives, no matter what happens to us, and we really understand that He has a plan for our future and our destiny – one that is filled with hope and not despair, then we can have the peace that the natural mind cannot comprehend.
