Strategic Vision

To be known as Carriers of the Unmistakable Presence of God, Individually and Collectively. (John 17: 20-23)

Purpose Statement

That we show the Character of Jesus through the Demonstration of LOVE, ACCEPTANCE, VALUEand to give a SENSE OF BELONGING to each and every person; that we might have a PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP with Jesus Christ; that we may GROW to be the people God wants us to be - fulfilling our DESTINY and PURPOSE God had for us before we were born, and developing a CONFIDENCE TO SHARE WITH OTHERS what we have received, thus building the KINGDOM OF GOD through involvement in the LOCAL CHURCH.

We will show LOVE by:-

Being Patient and Kind, Courteous and Thoughtful, endeavouring to outdo one another in acts of love.

We will show ACCEPTANCE by:-

Seeing each person for who they are and not judging outward appearances, their deeds or disqualify them because of their position in life;
judging ourselves before we judge others.

We will show VALUE by:-

Taking time to listen, showing care and compassion, discipline and correction, being ready to praise and honour each person and their giftings instead of criticizing or condemning.

We will give a SENSE OF BELONGING by:-

Welcoming in a warm and friendly manner, encouraging friendships and hospitality, building and strengthening a strong family atmosphere where people feel safe and fulfilled.

This Week's Message
Written by Jamie Klein
God”,  “church is boring now because we know it all”, "we don’t need to fellowship with other Christians”,  “we know more than others do”…….

I tell you now – you don’t…

Read the same scripture a thousand times and if you are truly surrendered and open to God, HE will reveal something new in that scripture every time.  Spend some time with the “newest” Christian and in your humbleness, GOD will teach you something about yourself or show you an area in your life where HE wants you to change.  The same goes for spending some time with the most “mature” Christian.

As for all of us in between, we need you, we need each other, in order to grow in Jesus Christ.

Can we trust every part of the Bible?
Are some parts more accurate than others?
I say we need to trust all of it or we are just playing church.  If we don’t trust what God’s word says in every area, we might as well forget church.  Sunday indoor bowls might be good.  Craft and motivational speaking on Tuesday for the ladies; the men could
discuss politics over breakfast each month.
