Strategic Vision

To be known as Carriers of the Unmistakable Presence of God, Individually and Collectively. (John 17: 20-23)

Purpose Statement

That we show the Character of Jesus through the Demonstration of LOVE, ACCEPTANCE, VALUEand to give a SENSE OF BELONGING to each and every person; that we might have a PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP with Jesus Christ; that we may GROW to be the people God wants us to be - fulfilling our DESTINY and PURPOSE God had for us before we were born, and developing a CONFIDENCE TO SHARE WITH OTHERS what we have received, thus building the KINGDOM OF GOD through involvement in the LOCAL CHURCH.

We will show LOVE by:-

Being Patient and Kind, Courteous and Thoughtful, endeavouring to outdo one another in acts of love.

We will show ACCEPTANCE by:-

Seeing each person for who they are and not judging outward appearances, their deeds or disqualify them because of their position in life; judging ourselves before we judge others.

We will show VALUE by:-

Taking time to listen, showing care and compassion, discipline and correction, being ready to praise and honour each person and their giftings instead of criticizing or condemning.

We will give a SENSE OF BELONGING by:-

Welcoming in a warm and friendly manner, encouraging friendships and hospitality, building and strengthening a strong family atmosphere where people feel safe and fulfilled.

JUST ONE DRINK from Barry Klein

I think I have a problem, I don’t know what to do

My friend just came and asked me to try out his home brew.

They said it tasted really great, and finished with a kick,

I know someone who drank it, and they got really sick.

Some think it may be quite alright, and most would say it’s fine

To sometimes have a drink of beer, or taste a glass of wine;

Or when I’m out to dinner, cocktails would be ok,

And bubbly at a wedding would really make the day.

But surely one quiet drink at home wouldn’t really matter;

Just one drink can make some types madder than a hatter.
